HAYDEN AUDIO is an audio equipment business based at WZ-30 B/2, Prithvi Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018, India. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean HAYDEN AUDIO; “you” and “your” mean the user or customer.

3. Products, Descriptions & Images
- We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, features and compatibility.
- Product images are for representation. Actual colour, finish, packaging or bundled accessories may differ slightly due to photography, screen settings or manufacturer revisions.
- Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
- If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will resolve it as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- In the event of an obvious pricing error or a technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation.
5. Orders & Acceptance
An order placed on our website is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement only; the contract is formed when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to accept, limit or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or bulk-resale activity.
6. Payments
- We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery.
- All online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers.
- Where a prepaid discount is offered, it applies only to orders paid in full online and cannot be combined with COD.
- If a payment fails but an amount is debited, it is normally reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days.
7. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Warranty, where applicable, is provided by the manufacturer or brand and its period and coverage are stated on the product page and warranty card. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Use of the Website

- Copy, scrape, reproduce or republish any part of the website without our written permission.

- Audio equipment must be used with the correct power supply, voltage and connections, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, installation or handling.

You agree to indemnify and hold HAYDEN AUDIO, its owners and employees harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website or products.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, government restrictions, courier or supplier failures, power or internet outages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.
