Return and Replacement Policy

Return Policy: 7-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt. Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period won’t be honored.

We do not accept returns for the following:

    • Wind instruments (mouth organs, harmonicas, kazoos, flutes, etc.)
    • Products with a manufacturer seal or registered products (audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards)
    • Gift cards and vouchers
    • Acoustic drum kits and drum heads
    • Products damaged due to voltage issues

Key Features:

    • Warranty Activation: Activate your warranty within 24 hours of purchase by sending your NAME, ORDER NO, and PRODUCT NAME via email to contact@haydenaudio.com. You’ll receive a warranty card or unique number for your 1-year warranty.
    • You have 7 days to return the product from the date of receipt.
    • To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as received.
    • A replacement will be initiated upon receiving the product back at our facility. If a replacement unit is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
    • We accept replacement only for manufacturing defects of the products.

Shipping and Delivery:

    • If you think your order is delayed beyond the mentioned time, please contact us. Please ensure you have provided all important details, including your contact number, address, and area pin code.
    • To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use renowned courier services such as Ecom, Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Udaan Express, and more. We do not compromise on delivery through local courier vendors.
    • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Missing/Damaged Fee:

For products returned with the following conditions, a 15% missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the replacement value:

    • Wear and tear such as small scratches or dents

    • Damage to the original packaging or accessories

    • Missing box items (e.g., owner’s manual)

    • Damage or dents incurred during return shipping

    • Tampered/missing barcode from the product

Replacements won’t be processed for products with significant damage or missing essential accessories like connector cables or power supplies.

Return Policy Exceptions:

    • Products received with physical damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

    • Products with missing accessories should be reported within 5 days.

    • Claims after this period will not be honored.

    • We do not accept returns for the following:

Return Shipping:

Unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our service center. The service center address is:

You will need to bear the one-way shipping charges when sending the product back to our service center.

The company reserves the right to levy shipping charges in cases of legal scrutiny.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, submit the Contact Us form on our website or email us at contact@haydenaudio.com. All returns must be authorized, and the return shipment must be mailed within the return window.

Cancellations:

  • If you want to cancel an order, submit the Contact Us form or email support@haydenaudio.com with your mobile number and order ID.

    • If the shipment hasn’t left our facility, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.

    • If your order has already shipped, you’ll receive a full refund, less the onward shipping fee, within 3 to 5 business days of the shipment being returned to us.
